Delivery and shipping

Product orders

A business address is always preferable if possible, as you need to sign for your delivery. Our couriers deliver during the day Mon-Fri 8am–5pm, and so when we tell you that your order is on its way, it’s important that there will be someone at the shipping address to receive your order. If you request delivery to your residential address, it must be accessible and not remote. All product orders are delivered to your door by private courier service (not by Australia Post) and so we cannot accept a PO BOX for shipping instructions.

Metropolitan customers

Orders are sent to you by private carrier service directly to your preferred address (a business address is preferable as you will need to sign for the parcel).

Remote country & regional customers

Delivery will be sent by private carrier service directly to your nearest preferred postal service/office.

International

Due to licence agreements, WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS OUT OF AUSTRALIA – sorry!

Delivery time frame

  • Local brands – like Warwick, Unique & Silk Trader take up to 5 business days.
  • International brands – approximately 15 business days

Delivery charges

The following charges are for orders shipped within Australia only:

  • Orders over $250 in value: FREE DELIVERY.
  • Orders up to $250 in value will attract a $16.50 delivery charge ($15 +10% GST).

Please note: We only distribute genuine brand products and they will be delivered directly to you from the manufacturer and only cut upon placement of your order.
