On receipt of your order
All orders are accepted, dispatched and invoiced on the understanding that when received, the item will be carefully inspected prior to cutting. Whilst every effort is made to control and inspect each order to ensure you receive the fabric in the best possible condition, errors can be made and damage can occur in transit. Once the fabric or wallpaper is cut, we will not be able to accept return or any liability whatsoever.
We may make adjustments to the price of any product to take account of any increase in our supplier’s price or the imposition of new or changed rates of duties or taxes or if the price published for the goods on our website is wrong. If any of these events occur we will inform you of the correct price as quickly as possible and give you an opportunity to cancel the order.
Return of goods
Except as stated above under Damaged Goods we will not accept the return of goods for refund unless, in our sole opinion, they are not up to the acceptable quality standard we believe you would expect. We will not accept any return of goods if they have been cut in any way since receipt by you. If goods are accepted for return we will offer you the choice of replacement or refund. Any refund will only be made by the same method as payment was originally received. No returns will be accepted if you change your mind because the product isn’t what you expected – we recommend that you request a cutting to be certain of your decision.
Taxes and duties
All prices are quoted before taxes and duties. If an order is to be delivered to any address within Australia, GST at the rate then prevailing in Australia (currently 10%) will be added to the cost of the goods and freight.
You will own the goods when we have received full payment for them.
