Lloyd and Clarice
The 1920’s is a decade synonymous with opulence and abundance. Known as the Roaring 20’s this era established a staple look in both interiors and architecture, which is still relevant today. Geometric shapes and patterns that are simple, streamlined and smart are teamed back with bold metallic or interesting textures. The Deco movement is one that we still invite into our homes because of its timelessness. Our new upholstery range Lloyd and Clarice takes elements of this style and has been developed to work on contemporary pieces of furniture. Lloyd, inspired by the New York Chrysler Building, is available in three shades of grey (colour has been removed to make sure this pattern doesn’t date and is in keeping with the neutrals of our homes). The striking colour ways available in Clarice is deliberate, as home owners play more with their furnishing fabrics, using more than just one colour of the design, layering options or use both sides of the Clarice fabric to give either a matt or metallic finish and furnishings a new found depth.
