Ordering

How many metres or rolls do you need?

For accurate quantities of Fabric or Wallpaper you will need to get an estimate from your Upholsterer/Curtain Maker or Wallpaperer/Decorator. (Note: don’t forget to tell them the pattern repeat and width of the item – this is vital). If you are making the soft furnishings yourself and need some help with calculating fabric quantities, we will gladly assist you with an estimate - simply email us with your selected fabric/wallpaper details. See our wallpaper calculator on each product page to work out how many rolls you require (note that this is an estimate only and that it is best to request exact quantity of rolls from your installer.)

Minimum quantity

Our minimum order is 1 metre on all Fabrics (unless otherwise stated) and we can supply orders to the nearest 10cm (except for Schumacher Fabrics that require minimum order 2.0mts). For orders of 30mts and over, contact us by email and we will endeavour to negotiate a better roll price with the manufacturer (rolls sizes vary with each supplier and most do a better price for complete rolls - sizes vary). Wallpaper minimum order is 1 roll (excep for Schumacher which is minimum 2 rolls).

Placing the order

Once you know what you want you will be guided through the ordering system step by step in the shop, and then upon check-out, onto our secure payment processing.

If you are not familiar or comfortable with online ordering, don't stress!

Don’t worry, simply email us with your order request and we can issue an invoice for you to pay via your bank. We will send our pro-forma invoice detailing our bank account details and you can make a direct debit via your preferred method. You can utilize your Internet Banking or you can go to your, or our, bank to make the deposit over the counter.

What about delivery costs?

All orders over $200 (inc.10%gst) have free delivery within Australia. All other orders attract a delivery & shipping charge of $17, and this will be added upon checkout. See Delivery & Shipping for charges. You will then be guided through the secure payment process.

On receipt of your order

All orders are accepted, dispatched and invoiced on the understanding that when received, the item will be carefully inspected prior to cutting. Whilst every effort is made to control and inspect each order to ensure you receive the fabric in the best possible condition, errors can be made and damage can occur in transit. Once the fabric or wallpaper is cut, we will not be able to accept return or any liability whatsoever.

Payment

Payment through our shop is made through the secure payment system, where credit cards and direct debit options are accepted. As soon as your payment is received, the order will be processed and shipped in the quickest possible time-frame (up to 5 business days for local brands like Warwick, Unique, James Dunlop, Zepel, Mokum, Profile Fabrics), and 15 business days for international brands).

As mentioned above, if you are not comfortable or familiar with online shopping, don’t worry, simply email us with your order and we can send you an invoice to pay directly via your bank.
